Interview with teacher Juan Diego

Today our work was to interview a teacher, a language teacher to be precise, so I interviewed teacher Juan Diego Martinez.
I started asking him why did he became a teacher, he answered "I became a teacher by chance", I replied "by chance?", he answered "yes, I wanted to be lawyer, but I ended up in the teaching program, there I found that teaching was an awesome career", his answer made me think that, I actually did not think on becoming a teacher, I just wanted to do something like translation, but now I think teaching is very promising. After that I asked him how has been his experience as a teacher, he said "Amazing", "You are never stuck in the same place, you always learn something, even if it is an activity you have done before"
I really enjoyed the interview because it was good to hear about how someone else reached the program, Its interesting to find similarities and differences in our points of view

What where your thoughts on the teacher answers?
Are your reasons for being a teacher similar to the ones he mentioned? if the answer is yes, which ones?
Do you think your experience as a teacher will be similar to his?
*What made you want to be a teacher?

  1. A interesting interview, I did not know Juan Diego's interests. I have a question for you, did he ask you "What is a noun"?

  2. 1. Even if he wanted to be another thing he has showed to the whole world how good teache he is. One of the best proffesors you could find.
    2.No at all.
3.I don't think so. Starting by the premise that we are all quite different. So, you can't expect having the same experiences but yes, you could have good experiences too.

  4. 1) It is something really good when people find a career that it is not the career of his or her dreams but is a fantastic stuff and you can live happy doing that.

    2) No way, each person is completely different.

3)As we said each person is different so the experiences are differents and we hope that also better.

    3. I don't think so....Because I will try to be myself and do in class what I like to do, not what others just did.

  7. 1.He may be surprised on the way his life turned, but at least he enjoys it and feels happy following his intuition.
2.No, I'm not leading to become a teacher because of chance, more because of a choice I made for my life, but I'm still in agree with juan diego, that this career is really promising.
3.Everyone build their own experience, so I think wheter bad or good experiences we manage ourselves to realize what kind of experience we want to build. Yet I believe mine is going to be amazing, as I can only enjoy what I do
